Apartment 7 is on the third floor (please note there is no lift in the building!) and overlooks the lovely Tankerness House Gardens next door. There are two double bedrooms and a comfortable sprung bed settle on the galleried mezzanine overlooking the living area. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped and has a double oven, microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. Living area has large picture window and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there is a Smart TV with freeview & DVD player, a bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi access. The bathroom (upgraded in 2023) has a powerful walk-in rainforest shower. Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. The apartment has one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge. Also supplied in each apartment: hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer (plenty of room for drying in spacious hot cupboard). Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided). Guest access Apartment can be accessed from 4pm onward on check in day.
