The Lees

We are offering a lovely, spacious and airy room with wonderful views across Torquay. It has a TV, hair dryer and beverage tray. Guests have sole use of the bathroom with walk in shower. Robes are provided. It's within easy walking distance of the town, shops, restaurants, theatre and beaches. There is safe off road parking available. We are situated in a quiet residential road so a peaceful night is assured. A Continental breakfast is included. Please bear in mind that we have a dog. The space The guest room offers a sumptuously comfortable King Size bed with quality bed linen and pillows. There is a great view across Torquay from the large window. The room has a large wardrobe containing bathrobes, an iron and ironing board. The room has a cosy armchair for relaxing and a digital TV. Guests also have a beverage tray with the usual tea, coffee and water, which is replenished each day. The bathroom can be found a mere four steps from the room. It has a large walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet and plenty of lovely fluffy towels. Guests have sole use of this bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. Downstairs, in the kitchen, guests may use the fridge to store any food or wine. A key is provided so that guests may come and go as they wish. A buffet-style breakfast is provided (for those who wish it) between 8am and 9.30. Outside, guests will find a lovely garden and are welcome to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Guest access Guests are given a key so that they have access at all times. The living area of 'The Lees' is open-plan and guests are welcome to use this space, bearing in mind that I am likely to be there too. I am quite happy for guests to join me for a chat during the day or evening. I'm sorry but the kitchen is not available for guest use however, the fridge and microwave may be used. Guests have sole use of the bathroom. The garden is also available for guest use. During your stay I am available for most of the day and am usually somewhere in the house or garden. I will provide my phone number so that I can be reached at any other time. Do feel free to join me for a chat if I am around. Other things to note Please bear in mind that there is a dog living on the premises. Hector is a very friendly spaniel and will greet you whenever you enter the house. However, he will not pester if you are not that keen. A parking space is available at the back of the house. I can show you where this is when you arrive.
