This fully renovated annex is located in the host's backyard, but offers complete privacy with its own entrance and garden. The space The home is furnished with care and attention to detail and exudes tranquility, comfort, and sophistication. The bright living room features a stylish seating area and is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, which is fitted with modern appliances. There are two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with two box spring beds (90x200 cm) that guarantee a comfortable night's sleep. The modern bathroom is stylishly finished and equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Through the French doors, you can access the private garden with terrace, a wonderful place to relax in peace. In the common garden, there is also a pond, which adds to the serene and green environment. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire back house, including the private entrance and the private garden with terrace. The property is completely self-contained and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Guests can also use the communal garden, which also features a pond. This outdoor space is shared with the host. Other things to note The vacation home is located behind the host's house, but offers plenty of privacy thanks to its own entrance and a private garden. The host is not always on site, but can, of course, be reached if needed. For safety reasons, it is good to know that there is a pond in the common garden. In the private garden, there is also a covered well. We advise guests with young children to be especially vigilant about this.
