Family apartment directly on the dike with large garden

Our house is only 200 m from the dike and from the kitchen on the upper floor you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea! The swimming and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only 1 km away, an extra dog beach is 800 m away. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, you have come to the right place. The 50 sqm upstairs apartment offers a large bedroom with double bed, a small adjoining room with 2 single beds, a kitchen and a living room. The space Our family apartment is particularly suitable for families with children. It has a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe as well as a small adjoining room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which is separated from the living room with a curtain. In our newly renovated kitchen you will find a large ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. When cooking, you can look directly at the Baltic Sea! Toddler-friendly dishes, a high chair and a travel bed can be provided on request. Bed covers and towels must be brought along or can be booked with us for 27 euros per set. Please let us know in advance of arrival. The bathroom has a shower as well as toilet and sink and you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. In the living room you will find a new sofa bed and an armchair as well as a 49-inch smart TV and music system. From there you also have a direct view of the ferry port of Puttgarden and can see the ferries arriving and departing. The location of the house is still very quiet, as it is located in a residential street. In the large garden, the children and/or dogs have plenty of space to play. The area is completely fenced. You can share the garden with the other guests. Barbecue facilities and simple garden furniture are available in the garden house. There is also a separate sink for anglers. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "Grüner Brink". There the water is particularly shallow and therefore very popular with families. High chairs and a children's travel bed can be borrowed from us on request. Guest access On the ground floor there is a large room where surfing material can be stored and dried. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee. There is a separate sink in the garden house that anglers can use for their catch. Please clean it hygienically afterwards! Please put the garden furniture back in the garden shed after use. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here. However, please dry them well before entering the house. Sofas and beds are of course off limits for four-legged friends! We charge an extra 5 euros per dog per night. Please note that the city of Fehmarn charges a visitor's tax of €1.50 per night in the low season and €2.30 per night in the high season (05/15 - 09/14) for all adults.
