House in Teofilówka

This place is 120 km from Warsaw, and at the same time far from civilization. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a small village. It is adjacent to the only neighbor through the fence. Surrounded by silence, beautiful spaces of meadows, fields and forests. A walk to the nearby Bug takes about 30 minutes. You can quickly reach the river in various places by car or bicycle. Cranes, storks, wild animals are a company that can be met more often than people. The space The house is decorated in a simple and modest way. It has everything you need to live. On cold days, you have to burn in the stove and stock up on wood. The house has two bedrooms (one is a transitional one). One with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The living room is connected to the kitchen with a sofa bed for two people. Water from the water supply, hot water from the electric boiler, a septic tank, but you have to check. There is a fire pit on the premises. There is a hammock, and in the season you can set up a fairly large swimming pool (7x3 m). In the area - mushrooms, off-road areas, animal observation platforms, kilometers of charming paths, the possibility of picnicking and fishing on the Bug river and kayaking. Guest access Only the ground floor can be used. The attic is used for storage and is not suitable for living. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - we do not smoke cigarettes, pipes, joints, etc. in the house. - quiet hours classically, i.e. from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. – we live in harmony with our neighbors - we segregate garbage – there are separate containers - after the end of the stay, we turn off the gas cylinder under the stove - at the end of the stay, we close the cells - in the pool and by the pool, we do not use sharp objects and we take care of the safety of children - in the pool we do not take care of physiological needs, we do not drink beverages, we do not eat meals - during your stay, we take care of cleaning the pool surface ourselves – there is a net by the pool for fishing out various things - please report any damage and failures to the owner - during violent storms, temporary power outages may occur - if your pet likes to dig holes, I would appreciate it if you would fill them in for the sake of your own safety and the safety of others - cats, although they are loved, are not welcome - the wifi password can be found on a card on the shelf above the stove; if necessary, the router is on the stairs leading to the attic - the attic is not suitable for use - if you don't know how to fire the stove, look on the Internet before you start trying - we use hot water in moderation so that it is enough for others, and for the sake of the environment - please do not adjust the hot water boiler – it is optimally set - we close the front door behind us – we do not want mice in the house, and insects are enough outside - you can find garbage bags in the kitchen cabinet - we leave the house in the condition in which it was found - in general, we take care of the house and the surroundings as if they were our own:) - If you have any other questions, please call.
