This old renovated farmhouse is located south of Gap. The environment is quiet and rural. Our cottage is a 45 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the house. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere. The view is beautiful and unobstructed to the south and west where 2 landscaped gardens welcome you. Parking is free and close to the accommodation. A place of tranquility assured at the gates of the city. Shops, restaurants are 2 km away. A bus stop is in front of our house. The space Our apartment is located on the ground floor. You can access the garden and terrace directly from the living room or entrance hall. It's perfect for 2-4 guests. You have: - a living room with large screen TV, Wi-Fi, a new sofa bed, a table and 4 chairs, - a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, PL, hood, hob, Nespresso machine...). - a bedroom with quality bedding in 1.60 m, PL and wardrobe, private shower (sink, shower tray, towel dryer), - a separate toilet, - an entrance hall. - To the south and west, 2 shaded and landscaped outdoor spaces with lawn, terrace, table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ, armchairs, deckchair. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided. Cleaning is our responsibility. Guest access Access is easy from the South exit of Gap towards Barcelonnette. The accommodation has a key box in case we can't accommodate you. To access the apartment, the accommodation is equipped with 3 French windows equipped with barrels (living room and entrance hall). The main amenities and sports are 2 minutes away and the city center is less than 10 minutes away (by car). Other things to note The immediate environment is made up of fields, trees and a small stream, not overlooked. You will enjoy tranquility while staying close to the amenities of the city. The place offers views of the surrounding mountains (Céûse, Charance).
