Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds — one bedroom has an attached washroom and Ac. while the other includes a cozy attached sitting area where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The living area is large and airy, making the home feel open and relaxing. The apartment is fully equipped with essential amenities, including: Power backup (approx. 4–6 hours) Geysers in both bathrooms Towels, handwash, shower gel, and shampoo Additional mattress with pillows, bedsheet, and blanket High-speed Wi-Fi The kitchen is fully functional and includes a fridge, gas stove, cookware, utensils, water filter, kettle, mixer-grinder, and glassware. A washing machine, utility drying area, and dustbins are also available. Food delivery from Zomato and Swiggy is available to the doorstep. For instant apps,Blinkit delivers. Guest access Guests have access to the entire building; however, we kindly recommend staying within your designated flat on the 2nd floor (first house) for convenience and comfort. Other things to note Utilities & Appliances Appliances such as the geyser, fridge, mixer, and kettle will not operate during power outages. Please keep a bucket filled in case of power cuts, as water pumping may be affected. Keys & Access Please take only your designated key and follow all instructions. Not following instructions may result in a ₹5,000 fine. Lost keys will incur a ₹1,000 replacement charge. Check-in / Check-out Timings must be followed strictly. Early check-in or late check-out is ₹300 per hour, subject to availability and with at least 1 day prior notice.(if checking out without informing to us after 1 pm then we will be charging for the complete day) Cleaning & Usage Guests are requested to wash utensils properly after use (not just rinsing). Mid-stay cleaning is available at ₹300 per session with 1-day notice. Smoking & Drinking Smoking or drinking outside the house is not permitted. Indoors is allowed — please use the ashtray and do not flush cigarette butts. Visitors Policy Outside visitors are generally not allowed. In case of an emergency, prior permission is required and a ₹1,000 per person charge will apply. Building Access The property is on the 2nd floor with no elevator; guests will need to carry luggage. Caretaker help may be available (tips Required ). General Please book for the exact number of guests. Inform us at least a day in advance if any consumables are running low. Things which aren't mention on listing cannot be provided , you may need to arrange it on your own. Important Update: At the moment, cooking facilities are not available due to an LPG supply issue.
