With terrace on the beach of Acquacalda Lipari

Didyme is directly on the beach (20m.) and the terrace has a stunning view over the other aeolian islands. It's suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace. It's located in the village of Acquacalda, in the north of the island of Lipari and overlooks one of its most beautiful beaches. It's equipped with air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi. The space The Didyme flat is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It has a wonderful view and triple exposure, which means it is very bright. It is about 20 metres from the beach, which can be easily reached by stairs from the flat's terrace. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms and a pellet stove in the living room. The first is a large bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and an armchair bed that can be used by a small child. The second is a room with two single bunk beds and a third pull-out bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The third bedroom/study has a comfortable double sofa bed and is furnished with a bookcase with storage space and a desk. The fourth bedroom is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (including a dishwasher). In the living area there is a sofa bed, a smart TV (SAT) and an extendable table that seats up to 8. The living room opens onto a panoramic terrace with views of Salina to the west and Panarea and Stromboli to the north, equipped with a dining table seating 8/10 and sun loungers. In the corridor opposite the bedrooms are large wardrobes and a corner with a washing machine. At either end of the corridor are the two bathrooms complete with shower stalls. Didyme has parking for small/medium cars within the property. The flat price includes final cleaning, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed and bathroom linen (first set) Smart TV (SAT) and Wi-Fi. Additional bed and bathroom linen can be requested on site at an additional cost. Guest access Guests have the availability of the apartment and with the terrace and of a parking lot (small/medium cars) , inside the property at the back entrance. Other things to note The house is fully furnished and equipped with a set of tablecloths, tea towels and blankets. Should a second set of sheets and towels be required, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest).
