You’ll love my place because it is in a major shopping and business districts; filled with various banks, restaurants, bars, grocery, laundry and many other amenities and close to public transportation/subway B, Q & S which is approximately 15-20 minutes from NYC. The space Look no further! We'll be happy to accommodate you. This beautiful, fully furnished apartment was recently renovated, decorated with love and provides all the cozy comforts and amenities of home. This 1288 sq ft unit boasts hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom, living room, dining room. Each plush queen-sized bed sleeps 2 persons per bedroom. The inviting bathroom has sliding glass shower doors and double shower head with hand held hose is stocked with towels, wash rags, organic 3-in-1 Shampoo, bodywash, hand soap and other toiletries, hairdryer for your convenience. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, which includes dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ice maker and water dispenser, range with oven, microwave hood and small appliances, such as toaster, electric kettle and drip coffee maker. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery to prepare, cook and serve delicious home cooked meals on the days when you prefer to eat in. The grocery stores are only a few blocks away, for fresh fruits, vegetables and everything else you'll need to prepare a meal. There are many restaurants, cafes and eateries that provide a large variety of foods, from Indian, Asian, American, Caribbean cuisine, to name a few, within blocks of the house. You are a 3-4 minute walk to the subway train stations at Parkside and Prospect Park Stations. The building is equipped with security cameras and electronic door locks for your security and the convenience of self check in. The open concept dining room and living room seats all guests comfortably and the living room area is equipped with, high speed internet, a dedicated work area, 55' Roku TV, leather sofa to relax as you watch the news and your favorite shows on subscription channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The health and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. After each check out we strip all beds, wash all linens, clean and sanitize the entire house thoroughly before our next guests arrive. Re-entry is not allowed after check-out so we encourage all our guests to pack and secure their personal belongings before departure. This house is suitable for midterm stays for traveling professionals, students and Interns or families in need of emergency housing after a catastrophic loss. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. Parking unavailable on premises. However, there is a paid parking garage adjacent to the building, paid metered street parking and free street parking in the neighborhood. Note: Read all street and alternate side parking signs carefully to avoid parking violation tickets. No laundry services provided. Laundromat is within one block of apt. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. A $250 fee will be applied if this rule is violated. Pets/animals are not allowed.
