This charming Gotland house is built around 1860 and has been continuously renovated during the 21st century. 5 rooms and kitchen of which 4 bedrooms and a large living room for nice socializing. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower and a washing machine. There are two patios, one in the south with morning and afternoon sun and one in the west with evening sun. Outdoor furniture and charcoal grill are available. The house is located on a large plot, about 1000 sqm next to two other houses that can also be rented out. The house has hot water and good drinking water. The space The house is suitable for you with a large family or if you want to rent two families together. Guest access The house is located on a large meadow that is ideal for soccer, kubb or other games. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. You clean and sort your trash, wash the dishes and turn on the dishwasher when you leave. Bring your own sheets and towels. Charging for electric car is not available at the house. The best place to park the car is on the property at the eastern gable of the house.
