A family home with a garden is perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The property also includes a small breeding of hens – separated by a fence, but within sight. For children and adults, this is a great opportunity to get a glimpse of life with animals and experience the charm of the countryside up close. The house offers comfortable facilities for up to 12 guests (9 beds + 3 cots), a fully equipped kitchen and a fenced garden with seating. Free parking by the house. Quiet location with great accessibility – just 10 minutes from České Budějovice. The space The property is located on the outskirts of a quiet South Bohemian village. Currently, the peace can sometimes be disturbed by increased traffic due to the nearby construction, otherwise the location is very pleasant for relaxation and a stay with the family. A five-minute walk from the house you will find the river Malši, where you can refresh yourself in summer or just sit by the water. The garden is fenced and separated from the paddock with chickens - animals can be observed from a safe distance. Guest access The whole house and a private part of the garden are available for guests. Cellar spaces are not accessible. The garden is divided into two parts - a recreational and an economic one. The farm part with animals (hens) is normally closed for safety reasons. If you are interested in getting to know the animals or rural life, we will be happy to make this part available to you by prior arrangement and with accompaniment. Other things to note The construction of the motorway and the bypass of České Budějovice is currently underway. You may encounter a detour or a closure in the area. I recommend checking the current traffic situation before the trip - for example via Google Maps. I will be happy to help you with the route recommendation or guide you if necessary.
