A bedroom with a double bed for 1–2 people in our residential house. 1 private attached bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet. 3 hours per day of private access to the relaxation area: shower, sauna, and jacuzzi. Shared access to the rest of the house and garden with heated pool in summer season. The space This is a cohabitation in our residential house located in a residential area. Guest access Your room is located upstairs, south side of the house. It has a large window with views of the green and typical nature of the Northern Vosges. TV, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet access are available. During your stay Shared space rental within our residential home promotes peace and quiet for all. The bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are exclusively for you. Access is shared to the rest of the house and garden. Cohabitation in a friendly atmosphere is easy because the house is spacious and allows you to maintain mutual privacy Our cohabitation immerses you in our daily lives. The privatization of the relaxation facilities is done through negotiated exclusivity slots, promoting intimacy to spend a stay without any promiscuity. Wellness access and terrace - spa, sauna: 3 hours/day of booking, closed at 10pm - pool: 3 hours/day of booking, closed at 8 p.m. We accommodate a maximum of two guests per booking. Other things to note The kitchen, living room, garages, swimming pool and laundry room are common, shared spaces, where friendliness and respect for family life reign. In the cellar, a refrigerator is dedicated to you, for your personal provisions. All amenities are included in the booking price. The hot tub and sauna are accessible all year round for 3 hours per day of booking, at times that suit you. The wellness area must be vacated by 10 p.m. in the evening. The pool, heated to 28 degrees when the weather is summery, is accessible on request until 8pm in the evening.
