Welcome to our modern 30ft. travel trailer! It features a roomy living area with dining table and chairs and a love seat. The bedroom offers a queen-size camper bed. The bathroom has shower stall, sink and toilet. If you should find out that your desired date is not available, pls. inquire about our second opportunity as we also have a 40ft. Motorhome "Camper's Delight" available for the season. The space TV, Radio and CD Player can be used, but TV reception is depending on location and limited to a a few channels the aerial antenna can get. There is no cable or satellite TV and no WIFI. Trailer has running hot and cold water for kitchen and bathroom which is right next to bedroom where you'll find a comfy queen bed. The trailer is equipped with basic utensils for 3 persons in the kitchen. It has towels and wash cloths in the bathroom and bedding for up to 3 persons. The sofa bed is for a small child only. Trailer can be rented for stationary use on our property or placed in the Herring Cove Provincial Park campground against additional camp fees. You must book your campsite yourself. The booked space must be big enough for parking a 32ft. unit. When placed in the Prov. Park you have 43gal. of fresh water. The park campsites have no direct water supply or dump station at your campsite. . When the internal fresh water supply is exhausted, the trailer needs to be moved to the central dump station for water service. We will provide that service for you at no charge, but it might disrupt your stay for one hour. We do allow 1 well-behaved dog in the trailer. Minimum for reservations is 2 nights. Max. rent pr. reservation is 8 nights.Please remember that the trailer is for camping only and does not provide permanent living solutions. Guest access You can park your vehicle next to the trailer. Other things to note Please be aware of that we are across the international border in CANADA and that you need a passport to cross the border. You can bring a dog, but no cats. We have a cat allergy cleaning person and our dog does not get along with cats.
