Cosy holiday flat with large balcony The space Cozy and bright apartment on the 1st floor 88 m² with separate access including large balcony with forest view (outskirts). 1 large entrance hall. 1 bedroom with box spring bed 200x180 for 2 persons, bed linen, wardrobe, 1 cot 140x70. Living area with 1 sofa bed 200x160 for 2 persons and a TV. A dining area with high chair and spacious fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, toaster, coffee maker, coffee maker, microwave, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dish towels, oven). Food scraps are composted on our property, or we give them directly to our in-house running ducks. Large bathroom has a washing machine (detergent provided), double sink, bath, bidet, toilet, shower, towels, changing mat and mirror cabinet. The apartment is allergy-friendly. Among other things, we are gaining electricity from our own photovoltaic system. Our heating is also new and is heated by solar energy and wood. If you like to stay outside, our large, partly covered balcony with seating for 5 people, 2 sunbeds and parasol offers the possibility. Due to the well-equipped kitchen, a longer stay is easily possible in the apartment. The village of Biberbach is located in the beautiful nature park Altmühltal. The house is on the outskirts of the village & forest and is an ideal starting point for various activities. The very well-developed bike paths around the Main-Donau Canal (300 m), but also many hiking routes are within easy reach. And the Altmühl invites you to go canoeing. In the vicinity (3-6 km) there is an adventure climbing park (forest high ropes course), a swing golf course, a swimming lake incl. Mini golf course, or a golf course for slightly more ambitious golfers. The Altmühltal also offers opportunities for rock climbing, and a visit to a dinosaur park. The two nearest towns of Beilngries and Berching,each 4 km away, are surrounded by a city wall and invite you to stroll. There you can book historic city tours, but also enjoy the diverse gastronomy. Museums in both cities: Beer Museum, Toy Museum, Museum of Technology, Heimatmuseum The Benedictine monastery Plankstetten, 1 km away, sold in their monastery shop (incl. Butcher & bakery) organic products from our own production. In the same place there is also a bakery that offers its goods in our village 2 times/week. Milk gas station 5 km (7 min).
