Cozy Robins Nest - At the foot of Bodmin Moor.

"Robins Nest" Your 'home away from home' holiday. Located in the village of Merrymeet, close to the market town of Liskeard. We welcome dogs (2 max) & children. We have black 2 labradors called Opie & Oscar and children/grandchildren. Robins Nest is a self-contained, lockable ground floor apartment. Situated in an excellent location for the exploration of Cornwall's coastline and the inland scenary Apartment has good access to all amenities for people with disability and/or impairment. The space One of the photos gives apartment dimensions... We provide use of the following facilities: On site parking; garden (by prior arrangement); utility room for laundry (by prior arrangement); lockable storage for bikes, boards, wet suits etc. There is a lockable door between the main house and the apartment for your privacy. The apartment is spacious and will accommodate 4 people (The 3 seater sofa in the living space converts into a reasonable sized double bed). 4 adults could be too 'close for comfort'. 2 adults & 2 younger children is really what we think works best. The kitchen has all that you would need to: prepare; cook; eat; store; chill and freeze food. The dining are has a table and 4 chairs. Simple condiments (Salt & Pepper) are provided. Access to the secure family garden is through a gate adjacent to the apartment entrance. (the garden is available by prior arrangement) We will provide 1 x large & 1 x hand towel per guest and relevant bedding (Please bring your own beach towels though). We will also provide you with toilet rolls and "arrival day" fresh milk, teabags, coffee and cereal. Top ups and other everyday shopping items can be obtained from the local supermarkets (Aldi, Morrisons & Coop) all of which are within 2 miles. Guest access Robins Nest apartment...... (Look for Trengove Barn on the farmyard gate) Garden by prior arrangement, (Rotary washing line, patio furniture, lawn) "Pets" - If you bring a dog, please keep him/her on a lead until you're happy that he/she is OK with our dog & cats. Our pets are very friendly, trusting & sociable. Parking (in front of house and in car port) Secure sheds (for storage of bikes, boats, wet suits etc) Utility room in main house - (Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, boot rinse sink, another toilet) - Access by prior arrangement. Other things to note Please no dangerous breeds of dogs and no anti-social/difficult to control dogs. 2 x Dogs as a maximum... (Should be of a reasonable size as befits the space of the apartment) Dogs not to be left unattended please. Terrestrial Phone signal can be pretty poor but Watsapp or FB Messenger are fine as alternatives. WiFi is not bad here
