Step out of your apartment (seasonally) and enjoy a craft brew or a cocktail on the patio overlooking Lake Superior. The space This space is adjacent to the roof top patio bar. It is a large and open penthouse with the best view of the harbor in downtown Grand Marais. Master bedroom with four separate bunks, large social area that includes the kitchen/couch/TV and a dining room with a view of the harbor. The space is new construction, open, modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment is located up two flights of stairs. The location and view of the Grand Marais harbor is by far 10/10. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself with a private entrance at the rear of the building. Other things to note The apartment is next to the bar that can be open late or have live music. Sound can be heard at times but is muffled from well insulated walls and with a fan or a little background noise, it can be drowned out. This is only during our summer months and we rarely have music past 10:30 weekdays. Weekends can have music until 12:00.
