Check-in and access to the house The check-in form (traveler registration) is mandatory. We will send it after booking and it must be completed by all passengers no later than 24 hours before arrival (except for bookings made for the same day, in which case it must be completed immediately). If we don't receive it on time, we may cancel the reservation. The key box code and instructions to get to the accommodation will be sent in a downloadable PDF once the completed form has been received. In Sotres there is poor telephone coverage (except Vodafone), so with that PDF, you can access the accommodation even if we cannot communicate at that time. 3. Cancellation Policy The applicable cancellation policy is the one selected on the platform itself at the time of booking. In case of doubt or possible unforeseen events (illness, changes of plans, etc.), we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, as we cannot assume costs arising from cancellations outside the contracted policy. 4. Weather Our houses are in the high mountains, in the heart of the Picos de Europa. In episodes of adverse weather (strong wind, snow, storms, etc.) agent incidents may occur, such as occasional power outages, internet failures or temporary limitations in heating and other services. We will always do our best to fix it or minimize the inconvenience, but these situations are part of the natural conditions of the environment and do not entitle you to refunds or compensation for the stay already enjoyed In extreme cases, you can contact, or we can contact, the booking platform to assess a relocation in lower altitude populations, as close as possible and with less risk of incidents. In that case, we would only bill the nights enjoyed and help process a rehousing.
