Room (in house), near Colombière Park

We suggest you stay in our house, if you want to find a comfortable room, a peaceful environment and a small friendly family :-) In short, great value for money for a stopover or a few days. The space We rent a room in our house located near Colombière Park, a district of Dijon known for being pleasant. For access: - by car: Access to the A6 and A39 highways is very easy. Easy and free parking on our street. Electric vehicles will find super chargers in the industrial area 5 minutes away. - by bus: Bus stop is 3 minutes walk, line 6 will take you to city center in 10 minutes (one bus every 8 minutes on weekdays). The bus network is very well connected to take you to the train station, faculties etc... - by bike: The bike path is continuous to the city, you will arrive there in 15 minutes. We have a garage for bikes. You will also find nearby supermarkets and shops such as bakery, tobacco, newspapers and pharmacy. In terms of accommodation, access can be done independently, the room is equipped with: - a double bed - a TV (with Chromecast) - a desk - a storage closet - Free WiFi We provide a kitchen area right next to the room with: - a microwave oven - a coffee maker (Senseo type) - a fridge/freezer - a kettle and the necessary dishes. If you want to cook more, our kitchen is freely accessible upstairs. In the spaces next door, you have access to a sink, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. For sports enthusiasts, you can enjoy the gym (rowing machine, bike, dumbbells...) The bathroom is shared and on the main floor of the house. Note that the house is non-smoking. Guest access - bedroom - WC - bathroom - kitchen - gym - laundry room During your stay We are available at your convenience, for any information, before and during the stay, do not hesitate. Other things to note We have owned a French bulldog since 03/2025. He stays upstairs, so you may run into him when you go to take a shower. He won't go to the lower level of the house without us, he won't have access to your room of course. He's a young dog that we're starting to train, he's very nice, you'll see.
