Please note that there will be a separate fee in the following cases. ① Shipping of forgotten items within Japan = We will send it by cash on delivery. A separate fee of 2,200 yen (tax included)/time will be charged. We do not ship overseas. ② Disposal of over-sized garbage such as suitcases and buggies = ¥ 4,400 ~ ③ Guest-initiated same-day cleaning cancellations If you request to extend your stay on the same day, and we have to cancel the cleaning on that day, you will be charged a separate one-time cleaning fee.
