As a general rule, we will not contact guests even if the owner is identified. Items that are not suitable for storage, such as food and hygiene products, may be disposed of on the day they are found for hygiene reasons. Please note that there will be a separate fee in the following cases. ① Shipping of forgotten items within Japan = We will send it by cash on delivery. A separate fee of 2,200 yen (tax included)/time will be charged. We do not ship overseas. ② Disposal of over-sized garbage such as suitcases and buggies = ¥ 4,400 ~ ③ Guest-initiated same-day cleaning cancellations If you request to extend your stay on the same day, and we have to cancel the cleaning on that day, you will be charged a separate one-time cleaning fee. For any changes to reservations, such as for extended nights, please be sure to notify us 12 hours before checkout. ④ Fireworks, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited outside the designated areas. You cannot smoke indoors or on the street around the facility. If you violate this rule, you will be fined according to the law. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the building. If the staff finds cigarette butts in the trash or if the smell of smoke is confirmed, we will charge 50,000 yen or more depending on the situation as a deodorizing fee.
