The space Located on our new property adjacent to the campground, this oceanfront cottage is available for the 2025 season, offering a 3-piece bathroom, kitchen, queen size bed, and pull-out sofa, sleeping a maximum of 4 people (Best suited for couples). The kitchen includes a sink, microwave, toaster, induction burner (No stovetop or oven), coffee pour-over filters, basic cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, bowls, and pots & frying pan for the induction burner. The patio has a nice BBQ (Weber - 3 burner, 450 square inch), It offers a great minimalistic space with an amazing setting beside the ocean in a tranquil cove. The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated for the 2025 season. This ~16ft x ~20ft (5m x 6m) seaside cottage offers an incredible nature lovers getaway. It’s proximity to the ocean and elevated deck with retractable awning will allow you to relax in comfort as you sit back and enjoy the sounds of nature. A 7.2 kW level 2 EV charger with J1772 Connector is available free of charge. Guest access Guests have access to the private cottage, the attached deck/patio, and the fire pit area located just down towards the water. Guests are welcome to explore the boat launch area, private cove, and wooded hiking trail. While staying in this cottage on the adjacent property to our campground, they can also walk to and explore the campground and partake in it's activities, including the free morning coffee at our Sailors' Rest recreation hall, and they are welcome to join our communal campfire located at the campground too. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the house located on the property near the cottage. Other things to note Guests must respect the Nova Scotia provincial Burn regulations, and check the burn map (https://novascotia .ca/burnsafe/) each day after 2:00 pm to see whether a campfire is permitted each day.
