There is 1 bathroom with an oversized bathtub and dual shower head with rain head. Stackable washer dryer in bathroom. The remainder of the building is an open concept living room and kitchen with extra large island with seating. There is a queen sized pull-out couch which sleeps the other 2 people. This is the second bedroom but is actually the living room. there is 4 pillows and large duvet available when extra people are added. Attached is a large 16x32 deck with outdoor showers, a well maintained Hot Tub, BBQ, and epic views of the Bay. This property is very rural and there are no visible neighbour's and high privacy. Although there are many other properties nearby so loud noise and other pollution, especially at night is not suitable for this location. Guest access This property is entirely private. Its a brand new, custom built, very Rural, small 620 sq ft cottage. There is some green grass type space but mostly forest and a huge expansive view to the bay of Fundy. There is not directly beach access from the property but very close to. And many other beaches and attractions close by. There is a large flat driveway and parking area that is maintained year round.
