Secluded and quiet log cabin on the Rapid River. 14 acres on the property and thousands of acres of state land just to the north of the cabin to explore. Only 10 minutes to Torch Lake. Wood burning fireplace, king size master bed with loft area. 15 minutes to skiing at Schuss Mountain, 30 minutes to Boyle mountain. Blue bear and boardman valley snowmobile trails close by. only 30 minutes to Traverse City. Great location! Close to many great golf courses and ski lodges. Also wineries, boating, fishing, hiking, and shopping to name a few things to do. FYI, When renting in the winter months rear wheel drive vehicles are not recommended. As the driveway is a little hilly and can be slippery at times. 4 Wheel Drive and all wheel drive vehicles are recommend. Sorry we don’t allow any pets! We also have ring security camera’s on the front porch. They will most likely be turned on during your stay. Once you’re there feel free to cover them up, the broom on the porch works well for this. Also there are a couple of plastic painted black covers that you can put over them.
