The campervan has 1 double bed and another on Poptop roof - Parked in front of the double driveway. - There is wifi coming from the house. - Guests to cook and using bathroom and toilet inside the house, sharing these facilities (inc fridge and microwave) with other guests who stay inside the house. - This house is still new and has a big 3-way bathroom to be shared with other renters. - Bus stop: less than 100m on main Regency Rd - 900m to big shopping centre and 500m to many restaurants. The space *** Please note: This listing for the campervan is to stay in it, BUT NOT TO DRIVE IT ANYWHERE. Are you ok with the above? In summary: 1/ I’d like bring to your attention that this is a shared house 2/ Price listed not include any usage of aircond/heater (ie. No personal/portable unit of your own nor belonging to the shared house, however pedestal fan and warm quilts/ blankets are available. If you booked either our caravan or campervan, please ask me for a misty fan with 500ml water container, when it’s over 30-35 degrees). Or it will cost $1 per kWh if you use any of these! 3/ Cook, wash, shower, bathroom and toilet, fridge, pantry are inside the house and to share wth the other housemates/guests.
