Easy access to bushland and parks; there is a dog park nearby accessed by turning right at the bottom of the street. Bunya Forest is over Collins Road, and accessible quickly - although with a fairly steep climb up to the main circuit. Guest access Ground floor apartment and Laundry (accessed by the rear doors and to the far right). The deck and associated courtyard out the back. Carport under shade sail out the front.
