"Local Color" studio (3)

The studio (40 m2) is located in the attic (3rd floor) of an old wooden townhouse that has been recently restored. All modern comforts are present, but the house still has all the old authentic details and still breathes the atmosphere of the past. The house is (as used to be common in this area) built on stilts so under the house is enough space to sit outside in the shared outdoor space and enjoy the hummingbirds and other birds that can be found daily in the garden.
