The space Villa Smeralda is a spacious 230 sqm villa set over two levels, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and moments of pure relaxation. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a large dining space featuring an elegant wooden table for 8 guests and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the outdoor veranda. Adjacent is a cozy lounge with a 55” TV, a large sofa, and comfortable armchairs—perfect for relaxing together. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, cookware, and tableware) has direct access to the garden. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a second guest bathroom. Upstairs, a refined staircase leads to the sleeping area. Here you’ll find a second double bedroom with a private veranda and en-suite bathroom, connected via stylish backlit steps to a dedicated relaxation room featuring a private 3-person Jacuzzi. This exclusive space includes a TV, kettle for tea or herbal infusions, and two comfortable poufs. The Jacuzzi is sanitized and offers multiple settings (instructions provided at check-in). Also on the upper floor is a third bedroom with three single beds and a large wardrobe. Opposite, there is a practical laundry/walk-in closet area with a washing machine, dryer, sofa, and additional storage space. Completing the villa is a large veranda with a lounge area and designated smoking space, furnished with outdoor seating and a comfortable rocking chair—perfect for enjoying peaceful moments in the open air. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the villa, except for a small internal storage room used for cleaning supplies, which is not accessible during the stay.
