Spacious cottage for 6 people located on the main axis of the Renaissance city of BARJAC (Gard Rhodanien). The space Luxury 90 m² apartment, air-conditioned, fully equipped, composed of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, a bathroom with toilet. The Léonie cottage is located on the ground floor in the heart of the Mary's estate. It has a large outdoor area including a leisure pool, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol. In the area, you will find several services included in the rental price: - A 9 x 4 pool common to the cottages. - A common room with a fitness area, billiards, foosball & ping pong, reading & board games as well as a bar. The common room is under video surveillance to ensure everyone's safety. Ideally located for discovering: • Barjac and its beautiful Renaissance city. • Vallon Pont d'Arc and its fabulous cave (Chauvet Cave). • The splendid Gorges de l'Ardèche (25 km) and its canoes. • The most beautiful villages of the Cèze Valley: Montclus, Cornillon. • Goudargues, the little Venice of Gard. • La Roque sur Cèze and its no less curious Sautadet waterfalls. • Pont du Gard, its history. • Uzès, its market, its duchy and its Haribo candy factory. • The Cévennes, Ales and its witness mine. Guest access The cottage has two parking spaces. Other things to note Regarding animals, only small ones will be tolerated upon request. Please indicate this when booking for validation. A €30 supplement will be payable on-site. Linens (sheets and towels) are not included in the rental. Possibility to provide them for €10/person (to be paid on-site). 7-night minimum rental in season. Check-outs and check-ins are ONLY on SATURDAYS. 2 nights in mid-season.
