Superb accommodation new and furnished with care by an interior designer. Located about 25 minutes from Lyon, you will enjoy a stay cut off from the world in the countryside. This accommodation can accommodate 2 to 4 people, has its double bedroom in flexible (1 double bed) and an extra sleeping arrangement. Come and discover our region and its treasures (hikes, visits, discoveries of the land...). The space The house is individual and adjoining our estate located a few minutes from Mornant, itself located 25 minutes away from Lyon. You will have a full independence during your stay in the accommodation. You will enjoy an open and bright living space upstairs, with a large south-facing bay window directly overlooking the swimming pool and fields as far as the eye can see. The living room is ideal for relaxing with a large sofa and TV corner, it then opens onto the fully equipped open kitchen, featuring a large dining table with stools for 8 people. You will sleep in a small cocoon located in the basement although sufficiently bright, accessible by stairs. The sleeping area has a relaxation area with armchair, poufs and large TV. The double bed is comfortable with good bedding, bed linen will also be provided. A bathroom is also available with a very spacious walk-in shower as well as a vanity unit and a backlit designer mirror. Features appreciated by our travelers: - Completely renovated by an interior designer, you will appreciate the care taken in the layout and equipment offered. - You can take advantage of the accommodation as a couple or as a family, thanks to the extra bedding offered (sofa bed in the basement in the sleeping area). - The accommodation is equipped with three air conditioning systems, two upstairs and the other in the basement. - You can park two vehicles in the courtyard in front of the house. - Fully equipped, household linen, towels, shower gel/shampoo and several welcome products will be made available to you. Other features to consider: - The house is laid out in a "souplex" style with stairs between the living room upstairs and the sleeping area in the basement. - You will have a little "vis-à-vis" on the west orientation, on the side of our house, without it being too embarrassing. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A spacious and bright living space: large comfortable sofa, large HD TV, dining table for 8 people and stools. - A fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils and plenty of storage. - A sleeping area in the basement: comfortable double bed, relaxation area with armchairs and TV, cupboards and storage. - A neat bathroom: large walk-in shower, vanity unit and sink, large backlit designer mirror and toilet. - A laundry room with washing machine. Guest access The keys will be delivered by hand on your arrival and collected in the same way on the day of your departure. Cleaning will be done on your arrival, linen and towels will be provided. We count on you to return the accommodation clean and tidy, in the state in which you found it on your arrival. We do not charge cleaning fees and rely on everyone's goodwill. You will have access to the whole house, outbuilding of our own house located next to it. It has been fitted out to offer you a fully independent living space.
