This flat is ideal for 2 people; it has a warm bedroom with a new, comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm). LIVING AREA: - The sofa bed unfolds to sleep up to two extra people - You will find a TV where you can log in to your own Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave) KITCHEN: - A lovely new, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, extractor hood, 3-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, small-capsule Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.) BEDROOM: - Hotel-quality bedding for extra comfort - Large storage cupboard SHOWER ROOM: - A functional shower room with wall-hung WC - Hairdryer and garment steamer (iron) - Washing machine Please note: the ceiling height in the shower room varies as it is under a sloping roof; some parts are below 1.80 m OUTDOORS: - Parking is FREE. It is 100 metres from the flat, at the entrance to the lane ULTRA-FAST Wi-Fi throughout the flat (345 Mb/s). We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. No parties or disturbances are allowed. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am. Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule. Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request. Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property. Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay. Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00. We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress). We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25. Or both for an extra €35.
