LIVING ROOM: - The sofa bed can be unfolded and accommodates up to two extra people - You will find the TV with the option to log onto your Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave) KITCHEN: - A beautiful, new and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, range hood, 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with small pods, toaster, etc.) BD: - Hotel-quality bedding for added comfort - Large storage closet SHOWER ROOM: - A functional shower room with wall-mounted toilet - Hairdryer and steamer (iron) - Washing machine Please note that the height in the shower room is uneven; the roof is sloped, and some parts are below 1.80 m OUTDOORS: - Parking is FREE. It is located 100 meters from the apartment, at the entrance to the road VERY HIGH-SPEED WiFi throughout the apartment (345 Mbps). Check-out time is strictly before 10:00 a.m. However, early check-in is possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner. Check-ins are self-contained with a lockbox. Same for your checkout. Only a set of keys will be sent to you for the duration of your stay. Check-in hours are only from 4:00 p.m. and the departure times are always imperative before 10:00 a.m. Please note that smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (smell, burns, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a fine of at least €300.00. We have the option to drop you an umbrella bed for the duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide the sheets or mattress). We have the option to drop you a baby chair for the duration of your stay for an additional €25. Or both for an additional €35.
