Crafted with a discerning eye for detail, this Lanzarote villa with solar heated pool has been erected using locally sourced materials, including the original stonewalls. Imbued with a light and airy atmosphere, this structure affords guests panoramic views of the stunning Arrieta Beach. The rural abode boasts an impressive indoor floor space of 250m2 and boasts a specially crafted open plan kitchen constructed from hardwood with lustrous granite work surfaces. The grandiose central island serves as an ideal workstation and provides a picturesque view of the pristine gardens beyond. The kitchen is furnished with a spacious oven/grill, five-ring hob, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and abundant cupboard space, catering effortlessly to self-catering guests who aspire to entertain and dine in utmost comfort. Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge that encompasses a split-level hardwood floor and an inviting daybed. The foyer leads to the guest bedroom, which features a skylight, twin beds, and a wardrobe. Continuing through the residence will lead you to the kitchen, and descending into the dining area, with a bespoke wooden table that comfortably seats up to six individuals. The master suite, offering magnificent mountain views, is accessed via double doors and boasts antique furnishings consisting of a super king-size four-poster double bed, custom wardrobes, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate water closet. The third bedroom, ornamented with Italian marble flooring, presents a super king-size four-poster double bed, complemented by captivating garden views. A further bathroom, accessible from the lounge, features a walk-in shower, bath, double sinks, and well-appointed WC. The farmhouse’s expansive gardens offer a sprawling ranch-style covered terrace with a crème de la crème marble-floored dining space capable of accommodating up to eight guests. The front garden leads to the spacious private pool area, which features a raised bamboo-dining hut that overlooks the sea and mountains. The pool area is furnished with a covered chill-out area, complete with a double day bed and luxurious sofas, and is secured with a removable child safety gate. This Canary Islands Villa with private pool also features an additional private shower room and WC for the guests’ comfort and convenience.
