 In fact, there is 1 Queen Size Double Bed and 2 Single Beds (in two separate rooms) and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed.
 The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, washing machine, full sanitary facilities, and a Welcome Kit consisting of shower shampoo, conditioner, and body cream lotion for after the shower. 
There are also several custom-made compartments to accommodate all your belongings, including suitcases.

 You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort.

 The bathroom has a very spacious cabin, a hairdryer and a very large mirror.
Pods and specific products are also provided to take full advantage of the washing machine, a first aid kit and, if necessary, a drain cleaner with a specific and certified liquid product (located next to the bidet or in the space under the sink).

 In addition to a variety of towel sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit offered by the house, sheets, blankets, duvet and pillows (feather and memory foam), and everything you need to make your stay perfect. 

 You will have a huge kitchen with a central dining table, including all appliances. Refrigerator with a free bottle of fresh water from the natural springs of Monte Mancuso, electric oven, kettle, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 Moka Espresso coffee machines (small and large). 
 There are assorted capsules and tea bags to satisfy every taste. 

 Both bedrooms, very cozy and bright, have a spacious balcony to enjoy the landscape mainly composed of orchards, cultivated gardens and expanses of greenery, which will make your stay fresh, pure and relaxing. The Bedroom with 2 single beds has a dedicated balcony while the Double Suite has a balcony shared with the Living Room. 

The living room, which is also very spacious, cozy, and bright, is equipped with a 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), Wi-Fi connection, and a comfortable sofa bed. Guest access You will be able to take advantage of all the space made available inside the apartment. You can, at your leisure and with the permission of the family below, go down to the green area to get condiments such as sage, basil, chili pepper and rosemary from the garden or some seasonal fruits such as persimmons and lemons. It will be a pleasure to share with you what nature offers us all. You can also use the all-stone grill station (always located downstairs) to enjoy the beautiful sunny and cheerful days in a completely fresh, natural and pleasant environment. This small barbecue corner plus the garden area will be accessible from the street level via the stairs located on the eastern facade of the housing complex. Other things to note We provide special treatment to all our guests, always giving them some organic products produced by the owners of the complex, an elderly lady named Rosa and her daughter Angela. Among these, you will always find a complimentary bottle of 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) of our own production, coming from ten-year-old and some centuries-old olive groves, ideal to try and to enjoy your dinners and lunches in company.
