Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Please include details when making a reservation request, as it is to be pre-approved as separate bedding is used. DOG DETAILS REQUIRED - breed, age, weight, spayed/neutered? The space The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, granite tops, double-door refridgerator with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers. The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. We supply toilet tissue, paper towels, soaps for a few days and all linens including beach towels. Guest access Access to the 12 00 foot lagoon area of Seacrest Beach. We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We have a tram March thru October that will take you to our private beach. Other things to note All linen, bath towels and beach towels as well as soaps, shampoo, etc are provided. Coffee - we have a Keurig and drip coffee maker.We supply filter papers. STRICTLY maximum 2 adults ONLY. Your reservation is limited to the number of people on your inquiry. Over 30 year olds only. Check-in information will be e-mailed a week prior to check-in. Check-in time is from 4pm (Please advise if arrival is later than 6pm) Check-out time is 10am. PETS ALLOWED *** Guest must request permission by including dog breed, spayed/neutered and weight. There is a $150 pet fee. THIS NEEDS TO BE PRE-APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING. Separate linens are used for pet friendly guests. STRICTLY NON SMOKING - should there be any evidence or cigarette remnants left on property, guest will forfeit their deposit.
