Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire executive loft, plus a fully private rooftop patio with hot tub. The loft is located above a cozy café, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful and private stay with no residential neighbors in the building. We stock the loft with coffee and plenty of ways to make it, but if you’d rather let someone else do the brewing, just pop downstairs to the café for a fresh cup! ☕✨ Other things to note House Rules We’re so excited to host you and want to make sure you have a wonderful stay! To keep things running smoothly and ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules. Guests & Visitors The maximum number of guests is 10, which applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just overnight guests. If extra guests are present beyond your confirmed booking, additional charges will apply, or your reservation may be canceled without a refund. Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the deck/balcony. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Parking and Accessibility You’ll have free parking located right beside the house entrance. Just 4 steps up to enter the property. While the 4 bedrooms are all located on the second floor (up the stairs), a pull out couch and accessible shower are both available on the main floor for convenience. Families & Child Safety Families with little ones are always welcome, but please note that our home is not child-proof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Security Cameras For security purposes, outdoor cameras are in place and recording video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. Final Note Because this is a home and not a hotel, we ask all guests to respect the space and leave it in good condition before checking out.
