The room has 2 comfortable single beds which can also be put together to form a double bed. There is also a wardrobe with an interior, as well as a table with 2 armchairs and a rollaway table. TV, radio and Wi-Fi are self-evident and free of charge. Bed linen is 60 SEK/person. Do not use your own sleeping bags. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a sink, an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and various cupboards as well as a small dining table (folding table) with 2 chairs. Needless to say, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and blender are not missing. If something else is missing, it is promptly taken care of. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and hairdryer. 1 towel and 1 bath towel/person/week are provided. Laundry can be washed if necessary for a fee of 30 SEK/machine. There is the possibility to safely store 2 bicycles in a special room. In Virserumssjön, license-free fishing is allowed. Public parking is in front of the house. Virserum is a beautiful small place nestled in a trough, surrounded by woods, and situated at a lake. There are shopping possibilities of all kinds within walking distance. Pizzeria, café and more are in the place. The lake is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a public bathing place but you can also go very well in the lake directly in the village. From Virserum you can reach many sights, which can be discovered in a day trip such as Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, Öland, Astrid-Lindgrens-World, Bullerbü, Kosta Boda, Zipline Little Rock e.g., but also interesting places like Virserums Dackestop (Wikipedia: DackeStop), Virserum's Art Gallery and museums, Virserums Music Days in June and not to be missed, the Market (Wikipedia: Virserums Marknad), which is popular throughout Småland, together with the legendary Motorbikersmeeting MC Dacke. Then it is a bit louder here - but very relaxing. If you like the winter, you can ski here and snowboard and everything else in the snow. License-free fishing is allowed in Virserumssjön. It is possible to safely store 2 bicycles in a lockable room. Parking is public in front of the house. Virserum is a beautiful place surrounded by forests, nestled in a hollow, on a lake. There are all kinds of shopping opportunities within walking distance. Pizzeria, café and more can be found in the village. The lake is a 5-minute walk from the property. There is a public swimming area, but you can also swim very well in the lake right in the village. From Virserum you can reach many sights that can be discovered in a day trip, such as the archipelago on the east coast, Sweden's major cities Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, the sunny island of Öland, Astrid Lindgren's World, Bullerbü, Kosta Boda, Zip Line Little Rock, etc. But also interesting things in the immediate vicinity such as Virserums Dacke Stop (Wikipedia: DackeStop), Virserums Kunsthalle with museums, Virserums Musiktage in June and not to be forgotten on every 1st weekend in August, the popular market in Småland (Wikipedia: Virserums Marknad) at the same time as the legendary motorcycle meeting MC Dacke. It's a little louder here - but very relaxed. If you come in winter, you can ski, snowboard and do everything else that is fun in the snow.
