Adorable western Cabin situated on 1.5 acres just 20 minutes south of Ft Worth Texas. Main bedroom downstairs, twin bed in loft above. Beautiful mature trees, grassy area and is fully perimeter fenced. Nice patio for enjoying the mornings. Horse barn (2) 20x10 stalls with attached runs. Horse facilities will be available mid March for an additional fee per horse. On site manure disposal and room for trailer parking. Conveniently located directly off HWY 377 North of Cresson TX. The space This Cabin sits on nearly four acres of land with one of the last remaining ponds for water, please stay away from the waters edge. There are mature trees and beautiful sage bushes and lovely grasses. While the cabin itself comes with use of the top 1.5 acres, unless horse facilities are rented, there are to be expected any and all things found in an Equine country setting including the occasional deer, raccoon, and field mouse that try to become a house mouse, among anything else native to Texas. We take every precaution to ensure there are no nuisance during your stay including professional pest control in and around the cabin but if this is something you are unaware-uncomfortable with in a country setting, please know it is a naturally occurring part of living in an area similar to a nature preserve, in this ever developing area. Other things to note Add $25 per horse per stall per night. Pens must be cleaned and urine/mature piles should be placed inside the pens near the gates. We will take care of it from there. Please be considerate of the amount of bedding used and clean up after yourself.
