Welcome to your home base in the heart of Fillmore! Perfectly situated in the center of town, our home offers the ultimate convenience for families and travelers. Whether you’re here for a high school sporting event, exploring Utah’s original territorial capitol, or just passing through, you’ll be steps away from everything Fillmore has to offer. The space The space features 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 12 with reclining couches and pullouts), 3 baths, 2 car garage, full kitchen (Keurig), fully fenced backyard, and sunroom! Forget the car—you are truly in the "center of it all." Our home is within easy walking distance of: Recreation: The East Millard Swimming Pool (just 1 block away!) features a retractable roof for year-round swimming, park, and splash pad. Fillmore library is right next door to the swimming pool that offers summer activities for the kids. The ATV Jamboree meet-up spot (The POD) is right next to the Swimming Pool! You can drive your ATV from our place to the POD. Sports & Schools: Right next to Fillmore High School, the football field, and tennis courts—ideal for cheering on the local teams or getting in a morning match. Soccer field and Softball fields are only one block to the west, and the indoor MHS gymnasium is right across the street. History & Culture: A short stroll takes you to the Territorial Statehouse State Park Museum, Utah's oldest government building, and the local library. Essentials: The Post Office, local churches, and town shops are all just around the corner. Pioneer market and the Eatery are only 2 blocks to the east which offers excellent cooking, hunting/fishing supplies, and marketplace items. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including a 2-car garage and a fenced yard. If you are bringing your off-road toys, we are a great basecamp for the Paiute ATV Trail systems that weave right through town. Other things to note Meadow Hot Springs: Only a 15-minute drive south for a relaxing soak in 100-degree natural pools. Local 4th of July Parade passes right in front of our home for holiday celebrating! Lava Tubes, Sugar Loaf, and Devil's Kitchen are about a 20 minute drive towards the west. Convenient Stop: We are located roughly halfway between Salt Lake City and St. George, making this the perfect place to stretch your legs and stay a while.
