Hyde Road is a country home located in the Carneros wine growing region of Sonoma County. The house is only 4 miles from downtown Sonoma and 10 miles from downtown Napa. From this location, you can enjoy both world renowned wine destinations! The space If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable country setting, we have what you need. Whether you want a family friendly pace, accommodations for your wedding guests, a fun place to have a friend’s get-together, or you just want to relax with someone special, this vacation rental will do the trick. Our goal is to provide you with comfort, convenience and affordability. The location is four miles east of downtown Sonoma and ten miles from downtown Napa. If you are a cyclist, this is a premier biking area. We are down a country lane with vineyard views close by. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining. There is an open living/dining room area. For outdoor living, there is a large patio and deck with a dramatic fireplace. Guest access Guests are able to access the house, outdoor patios and take strolls down county lanes. Other things to note Hyde Road Hydeaway is a country home. The house is nestled in the vineyards and with that comes a variety of animals such as rabbits, foxes, birds, snakes and coyotes. Parents of small children are required to watch them closely when outside the house. Parking and House Rules: Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 Cleaning fee is increased to $250 for stays longer than 14 days Two parking spaces are available at the house for overnight parking No parties or events Noise limit is enforced: Quiet hours is from 10pm to 7am No amplified sound outdoors No pets please.
