Room for a single with balcony! Cheap and Chic! The room has a fan, wardrobe, mirror, a big floor pillow and an armchair. The balcony is private has a table and a chair. The kitchen is small but you can sit and cook. The room has a nice collection of books in four different languages (English, French, Greek and German) which my guests can read during their stay. There is heating in the winter the hours my guest wishes. Just 2 walk and you will find the tram stop Aghia Paraskevi and bus stop. From there you may go to Athens Riviera , Athens downtown,Acropolis and Pireus port. The flat where the room is found is on top floor and there is a lift in the building. From Syntagma you change the metro line and take the one direction Elliniko. Get off at Neos Kosmos station. From Neos Kosmos station you take the tram No4 direction SEF and you get off at Aghia Paraskevi-Nea Smyrni station. There you will see a petrol station. Behind the petrol station is Ikoniou Str. The flat is at 100 Ikoniou Str. It You press the top bell with the name Mastroianni on top of it. The flat is located on the 5th floor. There is a lift in the building. From Pireus port When you get out of the ship you go to the nearest bus stop. You get in the bus No 218. You get off the bus at Gipedo Karaiskaki station and you take the tram (5’walk from the bus station). You get in the tram No4 direction Kasomouli and you get off Aghia Paraskevi-Nea Smirni station. There you will see a petrol station. Behind the petrol station is Ikoniou Str. The flat is at 100 Ikoniou Str. It You press the top bell with the name Mastroianni on top of it.
