The Sololaki Apartments of the City

Welcome to Poli's Sololaki Apartment! 6 Giga Lortkipanidze Street (Old address: 7/20 Mikheil Lermontovi Str.) is located in the center of Tbilisi Old Town. It is an excellent base for sightseeing, shopping and visits to cinemas or theaters: • a five minute walk to Liberty Square Metro Station, Rustaveli Avenue; • a ten minute walk to Mount Mtatsminda, Tbilisi Funicular, Mtatsminda Park; • a fifteen minute walk to The Bridge of Peace or Sulfur baths in Abanotubani. The space The apartment is located in a historical part of Old Tbilisi - Sololaki. It was the house of Isay Pitoev’s (Theatrical figure and Maecenas) family. In 1898 he built the Shota Rustaveli Theatre.
