Guest house in Hultsby, Rockneby

Welcome to rent our nice guest house with rural location and proximity to the sea outside Kalmar. 20 minutes to Öland and central Kalmar and 10 minutes to Ikea. The cottage is located in the corner of our garden and is a compact living space of 15 sqm with four beds (2 bunk beds), kitchenette and toilet/shower. The accommodation does not include bed linens and towels but can be rented for SEK 100/person. If you need sheets and towels, please let us know before arrival. Guests clean after themselves. If cleaning is desired, it will cost SEK 300. The space The accommodation is located in nice surroundings that invite you to both swim and hike on Kalmarleden. A simple and secluded swimming area is 2 km from the property. Cars cannot be driven all the way to the swimming area.
