This unit is marvelous from décor to view. You can cook in the kitchen with everything you need to prepare without lugging from home and still see the ocean from the counter. In the living area, you will find plenty of comfortable sitting furnishing and enjoy the flat screen TV for nighttime entertainment. The dining table sits 8, while the smaller table in the living area sits four, suitable for coffee conversation. The living room has 51" flat screen TV, with a DVD player connected. There is a Keurig coffee maker, however the K-Cups are not provided. ***This two-bedroom condo is a three-bedroom that locks off a bedroom to become a two-bedroom unit for your stay. The three-bedroom condo is available to book during the summer season, while this two bedroom set up is only available after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. *** The master suite is comfortable and spacious, consisting of a king sized bed, furniture to put your belongings away and a full sized closet to hang your clothes. The living room balcony is attached to this bedroom, allowing views of the beach from under the sheets. The master bathroom is connected to this room also for ultimate privacy. There is a plenty of room for two with double sinks and a large walk in shower. The Half Bath is located in the hallway for convenience to everyone while the Second Bathroom is tucked down the hallway. There are 2 Guest Bedrooms, one with a King and the other with 2 queens. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a 26" Flat screen TV, while the second bedroom has a 32" flat screen in it. The Second Bathroom is just across the hall and has a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities. It is your choice which bedroom you would like to use during your stay. A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Sandfest, and Labor Day.
