The apartments are spacious and bright two-room apartments, two of which are attic. Each two-room apartment has a private bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed and an external balcony with mountain views. The two apartments on the first floor are equipped to accommodate disabled people. Each apartment has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, clothesline and sheets provided. The laundry room, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, is for common use. At guests' disposal there is a common déhors equipped with tables, rocking chair, deckchair and umbrella. Free private parking is guaranteed. A few meters away from the apartments you can find a mini market and several bar-restaurant-pizzeria. Also in the surroundings you will find other restaurants, shops with typical local products and tobacconists. The building is also in a strategic position for all the activities to be carried out in Bionaz: the structure is in fact a few meters from the start of the cross-country trails, snowshoes and winter / Nordic Walking. Behind the structure there is also a small Snow Park and, always a few meters, adjacent to Lake Lexert there is a small playground.
