The apartment with covered terrace is in the immediate vicinity of the main hiking trail, which leads to the Windeck castle ruins, among other things. In the immediate vicinity, guests will find the local history museum in Altwindeck, the waterfall in Windeck-Schladern, cycling paths along the Sieg, swimming and fishing facilities on the Sieg, and a marina in Windeck-Dattenfeld. The apartment itself consists of a combined living/sleeping room with kitchenette, satellite TV, couch and dining area as well as a separate bedroom.
