These materials provide a rustic charm that perfectly harmonizes with the natural surroundings of the house. The spacious house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, the kitchen, and the living-dining room with a fireplace and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bathroom with a bathtub. The rural house is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, satellite TV, and internet connection via WIFI. Outside the rural house, you can enjoy the swimming pool, prepare a barbecue on the large terrace, and have a pleasant evening with your family while enjoying wonderful views of the La Viñuela Reservoir, the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhama Natural Park, as well as several white villages in the area. Within the property, there is a parking area. Access is via a 500-meter dirt track.
