Boasting 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms, original woodwork and elegant vintage details, this spacious home offers a one of a kind stay just steps away from the city's best dining, shopping and cultural attractions. The space This entire Victorian home to yourself will feel like a home away from home. Just 0.5 miles from Colorado College Campus and even less to downtown Colorado Springs shops, dining and entertainment. 3 Bedrooms all located on the top floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a large 55-inch TVs. Beds vary per bedroom. Main bedroom has King size bed with beautifully crafted details in the room. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and lastly bedroom 3 has a single bed that pulls out to a King bed if needed. This room is also wonderful for a working office if needed. The upstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled with brand new clawfoot tup and all the amenities you might need. As you head downstairs, there are three areas where guests can enjoy. The Sitting room is perfect for catching up with friends or reading that long overdue book that you have been meaning to read. Next you step into the Family Room with 55-inch TV and several books, games and Wii to have some entertainment time. The Dining Room is perfect for family meals or game time and leads into the remodeled full kitchen. This kitchen has everything you need to entertain guests. It comes with all the essentials; microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, flatware, toaster, blender, mixer, pots and pans, and more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea and sugar with our brand-new coffee maker. The second bathroom is located on the main level and is a full bath with large original cast iron tub and commode. On the lower level, there is everything you need to get your laundry done with full size washer and dryer. The Front yard is your perfect outdoor area, with bistro lights and turf to make it very comfortable for enjoying the Colorado sun. There is also a full-size BBQ and couch/entertainment area with gas firepit. Lastly, there is an alley access driveway for one vehicle. There is also ample additional free parking out front of the house. Please let us know if you have any questions! Guest access The great aspect of this house is you have full access to the entire house with the exception of a couple owners' closets and garage. You will be given an access code that will grant you access to both the front and back entrance. Other things to note We welcome pets that qualify.
