This quaint home is in a central location that is a perfect home base for travelers seeking close proximity to all things Northern Neck. The space The property is 21 acres off of Rt 3 ( Historyland Hwy) in Farnham. The main house is 2 br/ 1 bath with a pullout couch in the living room. There are 4 out buildings, including a Williamsburg corn crib. The property is half fields and half wooded, with Farnham Creek running through the back of the property. Other things to note This is an older home, so it is a little rustic. We think it's charming. You have all the basics, AC/Heat, Hot/Cold water, septic system, electricity. the only appliance you won't have is a dishwasher. Trash needs to be hauled out. There are a lot of Amish in the area, so be respectful to them on the roadways. Firepit should be kept far from the house.
