Conveniently located 2 mins off I-70 in the small town of High Hill yet nestled beside the woods, this duplex unit offers gorgeous backyard views & a calm setting. Your own fenced area of the backyard & private fire pit are perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, and letting your dog run freely out the back door. Inside you’ll find an oversized, yet cozy 1000sq ft living area that is its own private space with all the amenities of home. Hermann - 20mins Wentzville - 30mins Columbia - 45mins The space At night in the warmer months, you will hear the beautiful melody of chirping tree frogs with the sound of the water fountain feature in the middle of the pond next-door. This along with a perfect view of the night sky out back can be a magical experience at night. You’ll also find your own private fire pit stocked with wood and a nice sitting area with string lights floating above you that make this a perfect spot to get cozy and take it all in. There is a section of the backyard that is fenced in all to yourself, so you can feel at home letting your kids and fur babies run free. Guest access Self check in with lockbox, entire unit to yourself (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and fenced yard with private fire pit). Private front entrance with ample parking and back yard access from the unit. I reside in the other half of the duplex, the fence separates us and allows you to have your own yard space. Other things to note In the living room there’s board games and bingo, and books/magazines for kiddos & adults. We are pet friendly and you’re welcome to bring your dog for an extra fee. There’s an extra large crate with attached food/water bowls folded under the bed in the bedroom you can pull out and use if needed. On the tv you can watch Disney+ for free, please log into the Guest account. In the bedroom closet you’ll find spare linens for the cloud sofa beds in the living room. There’s a trashcan outside next to the house if you need to take out trash. You’ll find a small trash can near the back door with doggie bags to clean up after your pups also. This unit does not have a washer/dryer, but I do offer prompt laundry service if needed for a small fee and you’ll find a sign with directions/contact info in the bedroom near the laundry basket.
