Guests can unwind in the heated breezeway — perfect for warming up and drying outdoor gear after a day outside. The home sits in a quiet small-town setting near a local church, with a mix of open yard space and nearby trees providing a peaceful Upper Peninsula atmosphere. The property features a large parking area designed for trucks, trailers, and recreational equipment, along with a convenient horseshoe-style driveway with two entrances for easy pull-through access and trailer maneuvering. Optional Heated Garage Access (Add-On Amenity) Heated garage access is available for recreational vehicles, equipment storage, or approved workspace use. Must be requested prior to arrival. Space is limited and subject to approval. • Snowmobiles — $25 per machine per night • ATVs/UTVs — $45 per vehicle per night • Non-vehicle equipment storage or alternate garage use available upon request and priced based on use. Garage is intended for vehicle and equipment storage only and may not be used as additional living or gathering space. Small and medium dogs welcome with prior approval.
