Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, a patio, a sound system and CCTV. Comes with a dining area. DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is a dining area along with the kitchen. GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT AREA There are board and indoor games like Chess, Ludo and a few more. There is a pool table as well to play. There is an outdoor sports court to play Badminton. There is a karaoke setup for singing and grooving on the beats. KITCHEN (Full Access) Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Shared) There is a 1000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 12 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. Guest access Please note, this is a 6-bedroom villa, and guests have access to only 3 rooms and shared spaces. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Alfresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night. - Rs. 1200 will be charged for the chef and cooking kit setup.
