Access is simple and convenient via a self-check-in process. You will enter the main Dane Court building through the front door and find a secure lockbox in the porch area. The code will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. The apartment is located on the top floor, accessible via the communal entrance hall and stairs. - HERE WHEN YOU NEED US - We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. While we won't be present at the property, we are always available and responsive via the messaging platform should you need any assistance or have any questions during your visit. - ALLERGY FRIENDLY - To help us keep the apartment allergy-friendly for all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pets policy. - PARKING - Disc Zone parking on the street our side the apartment and surrounding streets provides 3 hours free parking daily, with restricted hours being 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Weekend guests can enjoy free parking outside the apartment from 6pm Friday, to 9am Monday without the need to display a parking disc. A disc will be provided for use during your stay. Guest access Getting In: Simple and Straightforward Accessing the Penthouse is easy. When you arrive at the Dane Court building, you’ll enter through the main front door. Just outside, in the porch area, you’ll find a secure lockbox – we’ll send you the code 24 hours before your stay so you can let yourself in at your convenience. Once inside the communal entrance hall, simply head up the stairs to the top floor, where you'll find Apartment 7 – your private penthouse retreat waiting to welcome you. Other things to note ✖ No parties or events: this is a peaceful residential building. ✖ No drugs or illegal substances on the premises. ✖ No smoking allowed: No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property or in communal areas. ✖ No open flame: Please do not use candles, incense or fragranced burners in the apartment during your stay. ✖ No pets allowed: we strive to keep the apartment allergy-friendly for all our guests. ✔ Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
